Unpacking and Conditioning your Box of Blooms

Your Salmon Etch Peonies will arrive three bundles of 5 stems. Be sure to trim the stem ends and drop in cool water immediately, to allow them to hydrate.

The Captain Venture White Calla Lilies will arrive in two bundles of ten stems. Again, be sure to trim the stem ends and place in cool water to hydrate.

The best way to condition your Peonies is to cut about an inch off the stem ends, at an angle, strip most of the leaves (so that water hydrates the flower) and place in an appropriate cylindrical vase to hydrate for a few hours before designing.

Calla Lilies are one of the easiest flowers to condition and design. It's as easy as snipping the stem ends and placing them in cool water. Pick your container according to the size your prefer, either tall or short.
